You are inside the Cholmondeley Building. The building has been completely ransacked, and has fallen into ruin. The doors to the street have been left wide open.

A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel, and connected to a powered-down radio transmitter.

Somebody has spraypainted I hope my leg don't break onto a wall.
