You are inside the Dewell Building. The NecroTech logo is set in the wall behind the front desk, and doors open onto powered-down computer rooms and laboratories. The laboratories have been ruined, with broken equipment smashed to the floor. The doors to the street have been left wide open.

A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel.
