You are inside the Blackmore Building. The NecroTech logo is set in the wall behind the front desk, and doors open onto powered-down computer rooms and laboratories. The laboratories have been ruined, with broken equipment smashed to the floor. The walls are damp and crumbling, with pools of stagnant water gathering across the uneven floor. The floor is a slick, broken mess of dried and fresh blood. The doors to the street have been left wide open. Also here are Charanya (19) and Mike Nomad (60).
