You are inside the Stock Museum, its collection of European paintings now thick with dust. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded.

A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel, and connected to a powered-down radio transmitter. One room of the museum has been cleared, for the display of two torn paintings and a European painting.
