You are inside the Bowles Museum, its exhibition of tapestries ransacked by looters. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded.

A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel. One room of the museum has been cleared, for the display of two Greek tapestries, two French tapestries, a print of a tapestry, three torn tapestries, three dark tapestries and a faded tapestry.
