You are inside the Whippey Building. The NecroTech logo is set in the wall behind the front desk, and doors open onto powered-down computer rooms and laboratories. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded. Also here are Reda Attas ^{P S K A T M B D} (30_HP), ShadowRunner93 ^{P S K A T M B D} (60_HP), Violet Krinks ^{P S K A T M B D} (44_HP), merondi ^{P S K A T M B D} (60_HP) and Felix Ravenspur ^{P S K A T M B D} (60_HP).

A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel, and connected to a powered-down radio transmitter. The building has been decorated with three lengths of tinsel.
