You are inside Matthias General Hospital. The main lobby is riddled with bullet holes. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded. Also here are Sepiriz (60HP), MaxJmnz (60HP), LIEUTENANT DEAD (60HP), Sherwood (60HP), The Valeyard (60HP) and Q Bee (60HP).

A portable generator has been set up here. It is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 27.77 MHz. One of the wards has been decorated with two cubist sculptures, four conceptual paintings, a skull, a fire-damaged painting, a monkey skeleton, a fish skeleton, a lizard skeleton and two stuffed crocodiles.

Somebody has spraypainted There's no place that I'd rather be onto a wall.
