You are inside the Coram Building. A side room contains the city's emergency broadcast system. Its lights and readouts are dark. The doors to the street have been left wide open. Also here are Nosda (60_HP), Dr Walrus (60_HP), Boris Marven (60_HP), Senator Incitatus (60_HP), Jim Mclusky (60_HP), Mrs CORAM (50_HP) and Sir Groansalot (50_HP).

The lobby has been decorated with a stuffed lion head, a stuffed crocodile, a stuffed moose head and two carved pumpkins.
