You are inside the Needs Building. The NecroTech logo is set in the wall behind the front desk, and doors open onto powered-down computer rooms and laboratories. A few bloody handprints are smeared across the wall. The building has been very strongly barricaded. Also here are illwind (60), hermitek (59), SoloDogScout (60), Buebert (60) and Drew18 (58).

There is a powered-down radio transmitter here. The building has been decorated with a conceptual painting, a cubist sculpture, a Greek tapestry, a European painting and a contemporary painting.
