You are inside the Moodborn Museum, its extensive collection of stuffed animals now thick with dust. The floor is flecked with fresh blood. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded. Also here is the Grim Axeman (11_HP).

One room of the museum has been cleared, for the display of a stuffed alligator, a stuffed crocodile, two stuffed bears, two stuffed tiger heads and a glass vase.

Somebody has spraypainted Death and Hell should stay dead and in Hell right? onto a wall.
