You are inside Fort Creedy armoury, a small grid of concrete tunnels running under the military base. The majority of its shelves and lockers have been cleared. The building has been very strongly barricaded (8-10). There is a crowd of 188 survivors gathered here. [list names]

A portable generator has been set up here. It is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 26.70 MHz. Filed away in the shelves and lockers, you can see a mouldering tapestry, a torn painting, a Grecian urn, two earthenware vases, four carved pumpkins, a cremation urn and two African paintings.
